Dr. Ben-Meir’s office is located at 36100 Euclid Avenue in Willoughby off OH-91.

Traveling from the East: Take I-90 West to exit 189 for OH-91 toward Willoughby Hills/Willoughby. Turn right onto SOM Center Rd/OH-91, then turn right onto Euclid Avenue. Dr. Ben-Meir’s office will be on the right.

Traveling from the West: Take I-90 East to exit 189 for OH-91 toward Willoughby Hills/Willoughby. Turn right onto SOM Center Rd/OH-91, then turn right onto Euclid Avenue. Dr. Ben-Meir’s office will be on the right.

Traveling from the South: Take I-271 North to I-90 East. Keep left to stay on I-90 East and take exit 189 for OH-91 toward Willoughby Hills/Willoughby. Turn right onto SOM Center Rd/OH-91, then turn right onto Euclid Avenue. Dr. Ben-Meir’s office will be on the right.

West Medical Center is located at 36000 Euclid Avenue in Willoughby off OH-91.

Traveling from the East: Follow the directions above to Dr. Ben-Meir’s office. The hospital is just before you reach the office.

Traveling from the South: Take I-271 North to I-90 East. Keep right to take the exit onto I-90 W toward Cleveland. Take exit 185 for OH-2 East toward Painesville. Take OH-91 exit toward Eastlake and turn right onto SOM Center Rd/OH-91. Turn left onto Route 20/Euclid Avenue. West Medical Center will be on the right.
